Warehouse Supervisor

What you'll do

• Oversee package receiving, sorting, staging, and dispatch
• conduct opening and closing procedures and vehicle inspections
• lead team meetings and assign duties
• allocate labor
• coach and assess associate and driver performance
• train staff on standard operating procedures
• coordinate contractor onboarding and dispatch
• use warehouse systems and reporting tools to track inventory, exceptions, and service metrics
• resolve customer tickets
• maintain safety, security, and an organized work environment.

Why this role
