The Service Coordinator role is onsite in Anchorage, AK. The schedule is Sunday–Thursday, with occasional shifts to Saturday–Wednesday based on programs, events, or service needs; weekly hours may range from 30 to 40. Pay is $25.00–$31.97 per hour. Alaska Seeds of Change provides horticultural programming and flexible activity spaces for Alaska Behavioral Health clients. The coordinator organizes and prepares Seeds spaces and activities for clinical programs, volunteers, field trips, and community partners. The role supports therapeutic and educational programming, community engagement, and apprentices’ workplace and interpersonal skill development.

What you'll do

• Coordinate scheduled use of Seeds spaces and activities
• prepare spaces, stations, and activities with the Growth Coordinator and Operations Associates
• coordinate volunteers, field trips, tours, and community visits
• communicate with community partners and supporters
• support apprentices’ workplace readiness, hospitality, communication, and group-support skills
• coordinate social media activity and team contributions to communications.
