What you'll do

• Install voice and data networks by running, pulling, and terminating cables
• install telecommunications equipment, routers, switches, cable trays, and communication racks
• use tools and test equipment for analog and digital telephone and signaling systems
• construct, assemble, repair, operate, and interconnect electronic telephone equipment
• follow industry practices and instructions
• work independently, with a team, or under professional direction as assigned.
