Job overview

The IT Administrator role is onsite in Goodyear, AZ, with a base pay range of $55,000–$80,000 per year. The position supports fairlife’s manufacturing facility and reports to the IT Site Support Manager. fairlife makes nutrition-rich dairy products for consumers. This senior site IT resource provides advanced technical support, administers Microsoft technologies, and helps maintain reliable IT and operational technology systems. The role also coordinates site projects, mentors support staff, and connects the facility with central IT teams to support operational readiness and secure, dependable systems.

What you'll do

• Resolve complex hardware, software, networking, Microsoft stack, and manufacturing-system issues
• administer Microsoft endpoint and identity technologies
• support central infrastructure teams as the on-site technical lead
• mentor site IT staff
• coordinate site IT projects
• support production and operational technology systems
• monitor infrastructure, perform maintenance, and conduct root-cause analysis
• follow IT and cybersecurity policies and reporting requirements.
