What you'll do

• Manage architects, engineers, and supply-chain stakeholders
• track milestones and manage schedule risks
• verify project governance, processes, and systems
• produce status reports
• monitor multiple construction projects and design standards
• coordinate suppliers through trackers and reviews
• manage project information through meetings and written communications
• forecast milestones and budgets
• monitor local design teams
• provide technical support and respond to field RFIs
• support cost control, value engineering, and constructability
• review reports, drawings, timelines, and costs
• support client relationships, project knowledge capture, and process improvement.
