What you'll do

• Inspect assigned areas and guest rooms
• coach and support housekeeping associates
• oversee cleaning and servicing of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces
• maintain pantries, storage, linen, and supply distribution
• keep records of room status, maintenance issues, and guest requests
• report defects and follow up with Engineering
• and address guest concerns.
