What you'll do

• Process online exhibit and graphic upgrade orders
• support on-site exhibitor graphic inquiries remotely
• handle phone, email, and chat contacts
• guide customers through online login and ordering
• troubleshoot or report website issues
• research and resolve inquiries and complaints
• enter orders in Passport, TSS, and CSM
• manage inbound leads, proposals, pricing, payments, and billing terms.
