What you'll do

• Prepare line orders by cooking, grilling, broiling, sautéing, and following recipes and presentation guidelines
• follow storage and waste-control standards
• interact professionally with guests, vendors, and associates
• maintain clean and sanitary workstations and equipment
• set up cooking stations with preparation items.
