What you'll do

• Answer customer inquiries
• assist counter customers by inspecting worn or defective parts and identifying replacements
• troubleshoot and research products and prices
• maintain the showroom and replenish stock
• generate quotes, enter orders, contact vendors, update records, and track orders in the ERP system
• support outside sales with pricing, availability, specifications, and order status
• work toward productivity and sales goals
• assist with mentoring and training new hires.
