What you'll do
- Facilitate groups following Charlie Health best practices and curriculum.
- Foster client engagement and group cohesion.
- Monitor treatment documentation.
- Maintain professional ethics and boundaries.
- Complete onboarding requirements.
- Respond to communications promptly.
- Participate in treatment team and group supervision.
- Work collaboratively with the care team.
- Communicate clearly, professionally, and promptly with all clients, staff, families, agencies, and referents.
- Other duties as assigned.
What we're looking for
- Education
- Master's degree in mental health or related field.
- Experience
- Master's degree in mental health or related field. Experience working with youth and young adults. Skilled in conducting group treatment.
