What you'll do

• Own end-to-end delivery for common integrations
• gather functional requirements and lead requirements design, functional testing, and operations-impact deliverables for complex projects
• use AI tools to support testing, documentation, and troubleshooting
• share freight-forwarding insights
• coordinate SOP updates
• work with Solutions Engineers on integration test scenarios
• facilitate user acceptance testing
• support adoption and issue triage
• aggregate feedback and recommend improvements
• support Account Executives with integration-related presales requests.
