What you'll do

• Lead accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash management
• oversee month-end and year-end close, reconciliations, and GAAP statements
• establish accounting policies and internal controls
• monitor cash flow, accounts receivable and payable, and financial metrics
• coordinate audits, tax filings, and compliance
• supervise the accounting team
• analyze real estate transactions
• enhance Yardi reporting and operations.
