Lead Structures Technician

• Assign and schedule technician tasks
• execute the area project plan and manage work scope within budget
• review work cards and work-package status
• perform aircraft tasks after lead duties are complete
• provide technical guidance
• maintain accurate crew paperwork
• verify time cards and project billing
• monitor productivity
• evaluate work quality and safety compliance
• maintain a safe and clean work area
• administer performance reviews and corrective discipline.
