What you'll do

• Interview employers about recruitment needs
• assess clients’ skills, interests, goals, and job-search barriers
• coach clients on job-search activities
• connect clients with employers, workshops, and community resources
• assist with resumes and applications
• explain program eligibility and education or training options
• conduct presentations and outreach
• develop relationships with veteran-friendly employers and community partners
• attend job fairs and related events.
