What you'll do

• Gather and validate business and functional requirements
• document workflows, business rules, and process improvements
• analyze and improve reports and dashboards
• help define reporting requirements, KPIs, and success measures
• support CRM, AMS, ERP, and other enterprise applications
• investigate data discrepancies
• participate in implementations and upgrades
• support user acceptance testing
• use SQL or other query tools to investigate business questions
• and prepare documentation and training materials.
