What you'll do

• Manage small-business accounts
• discuss coverage with insureds
• market new coverage and renewals
• work with producers
• negotiate changes and renewal pricing with carrier underwriters
• respond to client questions about coverage, policy forms, endorsements, and claims
• attach emails in the agency management system
• issue proposals
• submit renewal applications
• quote through carrier portals
• use Applied Epic and prepare Excel spreadsheets.
