What you'll do

• Lead global delivery and field operations for programs and services across 260 locations.
• Develop strategies focused on mission delivery, operational excellence, and impact.
• Oversee and empower a team of more than 450 staff.
• Use data, KPIs, and measurable insights to inform strategy and program effectiveness.
• Assess organizational effectiveness and align resources with areas of need.
• Guide creation of programs and services and partner with the CEO and Leadership Team on strategic plans.
