The Manufacturing Technician II/III — Buffer Prep, 2nd Shift role is onsite in Lexington, MA, with hourly pay of $33–$38 for Technician II and $38–$43 for Technician III. Genezen produces GMP viral vectors and supports cell and gene therapy clinical trials and commercial products. The technician performs routine and non-routine manufacturing operations in a cGMP environment, including process execution, equipment operation, in-process controls, and documentation. The work supports safe, compliant, high-quality production of advanced therapies for Genezen’s partners.

What you'll do

• Execute production activities according to schedule
• follow cGMP requirements, SOPs, batch records, and solution-preparation records
• use the ERP system
• apply aseptic processing techniques
• operate in production areas including buffer preparation
• troubleshoot within established procedures
• complete and review manufacturing documentation
• support shift handoffs, equipment cleaning, changeovers, qualification, validation, and inspection-ready facilities
• support off-shift, overtime, and holiday production as required.
