Product Service Supervisor, Heavy Equipment

• Organize and coordinate staff providing technical service assistance
• develop solutions for field problems and provide technical data
• engage with customers and dealers on field service support
• work across departments on service solutions
• assist with operation and maintenance best practices
• provide analytics to engineering, manufacturing, quality, and other departments
• serve as a technical liaison in the warranty process
• may supervise site technical service personnel.
