What you'll do

• Partner with hiring managers on requirements and recruiting strategies
• create and post requisitions
• source and screen candidates
• conduct initial phone interviews
• coordinate interviews and feedback
• communicate with candidates
• assist with offers and negotiations
• maintain ATS records
• support onboarding, internship and referral programs, recruiting events, agency relationships, employer branding, and recruiting metrics
• and follow applicable hiring laws and procedures.
