What you'll do

• Represent detained and non-detained clients seeking affirmative and defensive relief
• handle asylum, withholding of removal, Convention Against Torture protection, SIJS, BIA appeals, U- and T-visas, waivers, employment authorization, and cancellation of removal
• represent clients before USCIS and in local state courts
• prepare clients for interviews
• manage post-intake follow-up and eligibility assessments
• prepare and submit filings
• train and supervise support staff.

Why this role

Requires a Juris Doctor from an accredited U.S. law school, admission to a U.S. state bar, and at least two years of immigration law experience. Virginia bar admission and Spanish proficiency are preferred or a plus.
