Entry-Level Autism Support Specialist

The Entry-Level Autism Support Specialist role is onsite in Carmel, IN. Working with guidance from Board Certified Behavior Analysts, the role documents progress and helps children and families recognize milestones.

What you'll do

• Create an environment that supports skill acquisition, functional communication, and school readiness
• learn from BCBAs while providing therapy
• review behavior plans and instructional materials
• implement plans consistently and monitor outcomes
• complete daily progress notes
• support peer interactions and celebrate milestones with children and families.
