The Behavior Technician / Registered Behavior Technician role is in person in Leominster, MA, with pay of $18–$26 per hour. Magnet ABA Therapy provides applied behavior analysis services; the role works under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. The technician delivers one-on-one therapy and implements individualized behavior intervention programs to support clients’ social, communication and daily living skills. The role records progress data, collaborates with the BCBA on treatment plans, and maintains professional relationships with clients and families.

What you'll do

• Implement individualized behavior intervention programs under BCBA supervision
• collect and record client progress and behavior data
• assist with behavior support plans
• provide one-on-one therapy using ABA techniques
• teach and reinforce social, communication and daily living skills
• collaborate with the BCBA on treatment plan changes
• maintain positive professional relationships with clients and families.
