What you'll do

• Schedule, reschedule, and cancel appointments
• register patients and verify demographic and insurance information
• enter information into the EHR
• collect co-payments or service payments
• assist with program eligibility and forms
• respond to inquiries
• maintain patient confidentiality
• coordinate with clinic teams to support patient flow.

Why this role
