Job overview
The Delivery Trainer is an onsite role based in Frankfort, NY, with a pay rate of $23.50 per hour. This position is responsible for mentoring and training Delivery Associates to ensure safe and efficient delivery practices. This role exists to establish a strong driver training culture, instructing sessions and conducting drive-alongs to ensure Delivery Associates are set up for success in meeting customer expectations.
What you'll do
- Facilitate daily training classes
- Partner with Delivery Service Partners and Operations Managers
- Audit driver safety and compliance
- Track and monitor performance
- Lift up to 49 pounds and stand/walk for up to 12 hours.
