The Soccer Strength and Conditioning Coach role is onsite in Olive Branch, MS, with hourly pay of $20–$30. D1 Training is an athletic-based group training facility serving youth and adult athletes, with a mission to help people reach their goals. The coach leads group workouts and provides individualized guidance, helping athletes improve strength, speed, agility, movement, and overall performance while supporting member accountability and retention.

What you'll do

• Lead group training sessions for youth, adults, and teams
• provide personal training and individualized coaching when needed
• teach proper form, technique, and movement mechanics
• modify workouts for athletes’ ability levels
• help improve strength, speed, agility, and performance
• communicate with members
• support retention through coaching and service.
