What you'll do

• Assist in the planning and coordination of catering events from start to finish.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients.
• Coordinate delivery and pickup schedules.
• Work with culinary and operations teams.
• Maintain a master calendar of events.
• Liaise with external vendors.
• Provide on-site assistance during events.
• Manage catering supplies and equipment.
