Customer Service Specialist

The Customer Service Specialist role is onsite in Denver, CO, paying $25–$28 per hour. The position supports customers, vendors, and lease representatives throughout equipment finance contracts. The specialist handles account inquiries and requests from initial contact through resolution, processes payments and account maintenance, prepares payoff quotes and documentation, and maintains accurate records. The role works with internal departments to meet service standards and improve operational efficiency.

What you'll do

• Serve as a primary contact for customer, vendor, and lease representative inquiries
• answer questions about account activity, contract terms, payments, payoffs, and maintenance
• research and resolve concerns
• process phone payments and PAC enrollment changes
• prepare payoff quotes and account documents
• maintain customer records and notes in Salesforce and other systems
• organize documentation
• provide reception backup
• collaborate with internal departments and support process improvements.

Why this role

High school diploma or equivalent is required; two years of customer service, account servicing, or related experience is preferred. Spanish bilingual ability is strongly preferred.
