Maintenance Technician — Retreat of Shawnee

The Maintenance Technician role is onsite in Shawnee, KS, at the Retreat of Shawnee property. Pay is $22.00–$24.00 per hour, with quarterly bonuses based on property performance and exceptional customer service. The technician supports upkeep and resident service at the 342-unit community. The role helps provide residents with a well-maintained living environment by responding to work requests, maintaining grounds and common areas, resolving safety and upkeep issues, and completing apartment make-readies and repairs. It also provides emergency support through a rotating on-call schedule.

What you'll do

• Respond to resident work requests and community maintenance needs

Why this role

$1,000 sign-on bonus paid in two $500 installments at 90 and 180 days. Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM, plus rotating on-call shifts with additional stipend compensation. EPA universal HVAC license required; CPO license preferred.
