What you'll do

• Manage studio athletic staff and operations
• lead and manage full-time and part-time trainers using FS8 methodology
• conduct group training sessions and goal-oriented consultations
• assess member fitness levels
• support membership acquisition and retention
• prepare and maintain the studio
• hold coach meetings and ensure opening and closing procedures are followed
• assist with tours, calls, and membership sales.
