What you'll do

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and associates
• follow security procedures and site policies
• manage access points and verify credentials
• document visitor and contractor entry
• direct authorized personnel and deliveries
• respond to incidents and access concerns
• conduct regular and random patrols of access points, loading areas, parking areas, and the perimeter
• complete reports and logs
• communicate observations to company leadership and client representatives.
