What you'll do

• Provide personal hygiene and grooming assistance, including bathing, skin care, oral hygiene, dressing, and toileting
• assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning
• follow the service plan
• prepare meals and perform routine housekeeping as instructed
• provide medication reminders and run errands
• report changes in client condition
• document visits
• confirm weekly visit schedules
• attend required in-service training.
