What you'll do

• Hire the founding US SDR team of six to eight
• own and forecast the US SDR pipeline
• build outbound cadence, qualification, SDR-to-AE handoff, and HubSpot CRM processes
• coach representatives through call reviews, one-on-ones, and live feedback
• own onboarding
• adapt the DACH playbook to the US market
• partner with the US country lead and account executives on targeting and account strategy.
