What you'll do

• Act as general manager for one hotel while overseeing a sister hotel

• recruit, interview, train, schedule, and develop team members
• direct service quality, guest satisfaction, compliance, and financial measures
• inspect hotel and food-and-beverage operations
• address guest concerns
• oversee events and conferences
• preserve hotel assets and maintain a safe environment.
