Veterinary Practice Supervisor

Job overview

The Veterinary Practice Supervisor role is onsite in Round Rock, TX. Pay is $28–$40 per hour. Animal Outpatient Specialty Network brings together veterinary specialty brands and provides coordinated specialty care, research, education, and residency training. The supervisor leads administrative and operational work while also directly supporting patients and clients, with an approximate 40% administrative and leadership focus and 60% direct support. The role helps coordinate staff, patient care, client service, records, finances, marketing, and facilities so the practice can deliver consistent care.

What you'll do

• Supervise technician and front desk staff
• schedule, train, and develop staff
• manage hiring, evaluations, salary reviews, discipline, and payroll
• support patient admitting, clinical workflow, and discharge
• assist technical staff with patient care as needed
• maintain patient records
• oversee client service, communications, and appointments
• monitor costs and charges
• support marketing
• coordinate clinic cleanliness, facilities, and equipment maintenance.
