What you'll do

• Wash, peel, chop, and slice ingredients
• prepare sauces and dressings according to instructions and recipes
• follow portioning guidelines
• rotate and label products using FIFO
• keep the workstation clean and compliant with food safety standards
• notify the manager when recipes, ingredients, or instructions are unclear, incorrect, or unavailable.

Why this role

Part-time schedule is Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, with early shifts from 6:30 AM to 2:00 PM. Applicants must be 21 or older and have prior restaurant or professional kitchen experience.
