The role supports The Cliffs’ Membership Services department across its seven communities, whose mission is to enrich members’ and staff’s lives through high-quality experiences and activities. This position provides front-line reception, concierge, communications, and membership support, helping members and guests access club services and amenities while contributing to events and new-member activities.

What you'll do

• Coordinate interclub marketing and member communications
• provide reception and concierge services
• maintain preferred vendor information
• facilitate access to club amenities
• assist with events, new-member packets, orientations, and tours
• provide shuttle service as needed.
