Ecommerce Revenue Manager — Hybrid

The Ecommerce Revenue Manager is a hybrid role in Dundee, OR, with compensation of $100,000–$120,000 per year. The position owns direct-to-consumer digital commerce across Foley Family Wines & Spirits’ wine and spirits brands. The manager is responsible for growing ecommerce revenue by improving discoverability, merchandising, customer experience, and conversion across brand webstores. The role also builds scalable processes and performance accountability while leading and developing direct reports.

What you'll do

• Own ecommerce revenue targets across brands
• develop growth strategy, roadmaps, forecasts, KPI frameworks, and executive reporting
• lead conversion optimization, site architecture, checkout, merchandising, mobile experience, testing, structured data, product feeds, technical SEO, and search visibility work
• build dashboards and analyze customer behavior
• implement personalization
• standardize workflows and governance
• establish goals and accountability for direct reports.
