What you'll do

• Support coaching and development of linen distribution staff
• monitor inventory, utilization, linen loss, and fill rates
• maintain a clean, organized, safe work environment in line with company, OSHA, infection-prevention, and healthcare standards
• conduct quality inspections and address service, quality, or inventory concerns
• build relationships with hospital leadership and department stakeholders
• maintain productivity, attendance, inventory, and operational records
• recruit, train, coach, and evaluate employees
• identify efficiency and service improvements
• provide hands-on operational support during staffing shortages, increased census, or other business needs.
