What you'll do

• Execute daily pastry preparation and production
• scale recipes and prepare, bake, chill, and finish pastry items
• plate desserts and support service
• follow standardized recipes and food safety, allergen, labeling, and sanitation procedures
• assist with receiving, inventory organization, and waste control
• safely operate and care for pastry equipment
• communicate with culinary and front-of-house teams.
