It supports clinic growth by tracking referrals and new evaluations, contributing to marketing plans, and helping new patients have a positive early experience.

What you'll do

• Build and grow referral relationships with medical offices, personal injury attorneys, schools, gyms, employers, and community groups
• conduct office visits, lunches, and meet-and-greets
• represent Synergy at health fairs, senior centers, and sporting events
• review referral reports and develop clinic growth plans
• track new evaluations
• contribute to monthly marketing themes and weekly marketing meetings with ownership
• support new patients early in their care.
