The Commercial HVAC Technician role is onsite in Boston, MA, with pay of $25–$42 per hour. Kelso Building Services is seeking a technician to service commercial and residential HVAC systems. The technician diagnoses and repairs equipment, performs preventive maintenance, and communicates findings and recommendations to clients. What you'll do

• Diagnose and repair rooftop units, split systems, boilers, chillers, and heat pumps
• perform routine maintenance and inspections
• troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues
• repair or replace defective components
• interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical manuals
• communicate service findings and recommendations
• maintain service records
• comply with safety standards, building codes, and company policies.

Why this role

Requires 3+ years of HVAC service experience, VRF systems proficiency, light commercial experience, EPA 608 certification, a valid driver’s license, and a high school diploma or equivalent. NATE certification and digital service tool familiarity are preferred.
