What you'll do

• Lead healthcare payer delivery portfolios
• own end-to-end delivery accountability
• manage outcome-based and SLA-driven engagements
• lead FACETS implementations, enhancements, upgrades, modernization, and managed services
• oversee portfolio planning, resource and capacity planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial governance
• establish governance frameworks, KPIs, and executive reporting
• manage client relationships, risks, escalations, dependencies, and issue resolution
• lead distributed teams
• ensure delivery standards and compliance
• drive automation and service improvements
• support strategic planning and transformation.
