What you'll do

• Support procurement processes and supplier relationships using procurement and finance knowledge
• ensure contracts, statements of work, and nondisclosure agreements are executed and maintained
• facilitate renewals, terminations, and amendments
• advise internal partners on procurement and contracting
• assist with commercial contracts and legal agreements, including limited supplier negotiations.
