What you'll do

• Work with leadership on daily studio operations and company strategies, policies, and procedures
• deliver customer service consistent with studio standards
• review performance metrics
• develop local marketing initiatives
• respond to client inquiries and concerns
• build local wellness and fitness relationships
• maintain class and staff schedules and inventory
• host team meetings and social events
• oversee hiring and career growth for instructors and studio leads
• teach an average of eight classes weekly and be present during class times for at least 25 classes each week.
