What you'll do

• Greet and assist guests
• explain promotions and trade-in programs
• process purchases and returns in the POS system
• answer guest questions in person and by phone
• promote reservations and Pro Rewards
• maintain clean, organized, and merchandised store areas
• complete omnichannel orders
• control inventory and prevent loss
• count and restock merchandise
• support sales, profit, and shrink goals
• reconcile daily transactions and deposits
• check shipments and record discrepancies
• supervise and delegate to sales associates when management is absent
• follow opening and closing procedures.
