Pharmacist — FCI Oxford

What you'll do

• Advise medical providers on pharmacy practice, patient profiles, and prescription review
• communicate pharmacy procedures to medical staff
• monitor drug therapy for contraindications, interactions, allergies, and appropriateness
• maintain medication records and documentation
• select, dispense, and preserve medications
• inspect and manage drug inventory and storage
• provide drug information
• investigate adverse drug reactions
• review medication orders and medical records as indicated.
