What you'll do

• Lead ride operations, park services, and guest relations
• ensure compliance with ride procedures and safety standards
• supervise and develop managers, supervisors, team leads, and frontline staff
• monitor ride capacity, queues, guest flow, cleanliness, and performance
• coordinate with maintenance
• respond to incidents and emergencies
• plan staffing
• manage labor budgets and expenses
• maintain procedures, training, and service standards
• conduct audits and coordinate special events.
