Key Account Sales Representative

What you'll do

• Manage assigned key accounts and sales growth, profit targets, customer retention, and account strategies
• sell MFCP products and services
• develop new account opportunities
• build customer relationships through calls, reviews, presentations, and ongoing communication
• resolve customer issues with internal teams
• analyze account needs, pricing, profitability, and trends
• develop strategic account plans
• prepare proposals and RFQ responses
• coordinate contract terms and commercial requirements
• monitor results against budget and recommend corrective actions
• collaborate with Credit and Finance on payment issues
• support process and reporting improvements
• guide less experienced employees.
