The Behavior Technician (BT) — Applied Behavior Analysis role is onsite in Flint, MI, with daytime or evening/after-school shifts of 3–5 hours; weekends may be needed. Compensation is stated as $20–$25 per week. First Day ABA Therapy provides personalized ABA services to support children with autism and their families. The technician delivers sessions under BCBA or BCaBA supervision, follows individualized treatment plans, records behavior data and care documentation, and coordinates with families and other care professionals. This work supports clients’ skill development, communication, social interaction, and behavior management across home, school, community, or clinical settings.
